![]() ![]() I've had 5gb PSTs on a decent network no problem. PST is for offline mail, OST is for cached mail. ![]() You would just remove the outlook profile under mail in control panel, and set it up again and let it re-download, where it would create a new OST. There is no "moving mail around" to a new PST because it's all in the cloud/on the server if on prem. He shouldn't have a PST, he should only have an OST. Let's backup with the PST related recommendations. I'd greatly appreciate if anyone else has any ideas that I could try or should I just re-build it and hope it makes it better? I'm currently in the process of re-creating his profile with the shared mailboxes set to run in online mode to make his OST file smaller to see if that resolves the issue, he's also got a 5GB Archive file (.PST) though.
